I strongly believe that everyone can benefit from applying common and simple CBT techniques to many aspects and areas of their lives.

  • 4 x 60 min CBT  – 3600 Kr /360 GBP. (90 GBP per session) including mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
  • 1 hour  therapy (counseling) sessions: 699kr.
  • Online CBT sessions are also available via skype.

I also offer an online CBT & Mindfulness programe for Stress & Anxiety. This is the equivalent of more than 6 sessions of CBT & Mindfulness. You will have lifetime access to these transformational videos. I share techniques to help you transform your stress and anxiety to a state of calm and passion.

I draw from my background in Psychology, CBT, Yoga, Meditation and Massage to support you in many different aspects of your life. You don’t have to go through your challenges alone!
